Adding Personal Training Sessions to an Existing Member's Account
As a personal trainer, you can add personal training sessions to an existing member’s account.
This article will walk you through doing that.
First, you will need to search for the account you want to add the personal training sessions to.
You can type the member’s name in the global search bar at the top, or you can use our Advanced Search. Click here to learn how to use the Advanced Search.
If you used the GLOBAL search bar, click on the person icon to the right of the member’s name.
If you used Advanced Search, click on the member and select the “VIEW MEMBER” button.
Once you are in the account, you have two options to add personal training sessions:
Option 1: Click on the green “ADD TRAINING” button.
Option 2: Click on the green "ADD" button below the member's picture to open a dropdown menu, then select "PT Sessions."
Enter in the information and select the payment type, then click "SAVE" or "CHARGE ACCOUNT."
You will see the personal training sessions have been added to the member’s account.
