The Member's App: How To Register and Install The App

Registering Your Member's App Account

When you sign up for a new membership, you will receive an email invite to the Member's App. Simply click on the "Create Member Login" button to begin the registration process. 

Once you are signed up, you will be prompted to install the Member's App on to your phone's Home Screen.

Install the Member's App onto Your iPhone

When you receive your email invite, click the Create Member Login button.

* If you were given an Access Code to log in, you will need to use this link members.gyminsight.com/join

You will enter your Access Code and click verify. 

You will enter your information to create your login for the Member's App.

When your registration is complete, you will be taken to the Member's App where you can make and edit class reservations, edit your account information, and access your Digital Keytag!

This is what the Member's App will look like for a member with a Digital Keytag and without a Digital Keytag.


Installing The Member's App On To Your Home Screen

After you register your account on the Member's App, you will be prompted to install the app on to your phone's Home Screen.

This article will walk you through installing the app on to Android or iPhones.


This is the icon that will be installed on the Home Screen for the Member's App.



iPhone Example

This is what installing the Member's App will like if you are using an iPhone.

When you log into the Member's App you will see a banner directly under your avatar and name asking you to install the app. You will click the green Install button.

Next, you will be prompted with this message.


You can also tap your avatar. A menu will show and you will tap Install App.

Next, you will scroll to find "Add To Home Screen".

After that, click on Add.

Android Example

This is what installing the Member's App will like if you use an Android phone.

When you log into the Member's App you will see a banner directly under your avatar and name asking you to install the app. You will click the green Install button.

Your phone will notify you that the app was installed.


You can also tap your avatar and click Install App.

Your phone will notify you that the app was installed.


Another option you have is accessing the menu in the web browser.

You will select Install app.

A pop up will ask you to confirm then, click Install to continue.

Your phone will notify you that the app was installed.
