Tasks Feature


Thanks to the awesome feedback we've received from our customers, we've incorporated some changes we hope you'll find useful. One of the updates to note are that tasks can now be added to 'Accounts' and 'Members'. You'll be able to manage these account-related tasks from the 'Tasks' screen or from the corresponding 'Account/Member' screen. 

Here are the major updates/additions to 'Tasks':

  • System-generated tasks have been renamed to 'Automatic Tasks' to avoid confusion with 'Account Tasks'.
  • Users and Personal Trainers can now create and complete their own tasks.
  • Users can now complete Auto tasks and message tasks.
  • Managers and Owners can now complete tasks (that are assigned to others) on their behalf or re-assign tasks to other people.
  • Tasks can be assigned to no one and will show up in everyone's task list, so anyone may complete the task.
  • Tasks can be scheduled to appear in the task lists at a later date.

The Automatic tasks that are generated can be turned on or off in settings.

Click your Home Menu Buttons>Settings>Tasks
