How to Fix the Authentication Error: Please Check Date & Time

If you're receiving an "Authentication error: please check your system date and time" message when trying to sign in to your Gym Insight account, it may be because your Windows system date and time are incorrect.


To fix this issue and set your Windows system date and time, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the clock located in the bottom right corner of your Windows taskbar.

    Click on date and time settings.

  2. This will automatically sync your system time with the time server.

    In the "Date and time" tab, toggle the "Set time automatically" option to the "On" position.

  3. If the above step does not work, click on the "Change" button under "Change date and time" to manually set your system time.
