Contacting your members efficiently can often prove to be challenging and time-consuming. Traditional methods such as emails and phone calls are no longer as impactful as they once were.

Gym Insight introduces its Messaging feature as a powerful solution for streamlining communication. This feature facilitates automated messaging for overdue accounts, marketing initiatives, class schedule notifications, and the confirmation of personal training appointments.

It's important to note that Gym Insight's Messaging feature is not an external third-party application. Instead, it is seamlessly integrated directly within Gym Insight, ensuring a seamless and effective interaction with your member base every time you leverage it.



You can easily set up automatic messages to be sent to your delinquent accounts. Now your staff can focus on new membership sales instead of calling past due clients!

This option is located at HOME > Settings > Message Options

Gym Insight's Messaging feature also has the option to send a group message.


By filtering a report's results, these messages can be sent to all members or to a selected group of members. 

By clicking the Bulk Actions icon (at the bottom of the generated report), you can notify members of a special offer, or days closed, and even send reminders about a class schedule. 

Select the "Bulk Actions" icon
Click on "Send Group Message"


You are also able to send messages to individual members right from their accounts!
