You can use Insight to send automatic messages to delinquent member accounts through the Member's App. There are 3 different stages an account may be in to trigger the automatic messages:
YELLOW account status (e.g. overdue as a result of 1 missed or declined payment)
RED account status (e.g. overdue as a result of 2 missed or declined payments)
Delinquent account status (e.g. overdue as a result of more than 2 missed or declined payments)
You can configure a different automatic message for each of these account statuses. To configure automatic messaging for delinquent accounts, follow the process below.
Go to your Home Menu and select "Settings"
Click "Message Options"
Here are the variable options available.
That's it! You have successfully configured automatic delinquent messages. The message templates you created will be sent to accounts that enter the associated status.
