Auto Assign Digital Keytags


Gym Insight's Auto-Assign Digital Keytags feature simplifies the process of providing access to your facility. With this option enabled, Digital Keytags are automatically added to any member's account upon creation, eliminating the need for manual intervention. If the feature is not enabled, Digital Keytags must be manually assigned to each member.

How to Enable Auto-Assign Digital Keytags


  1. Login to Gym Insight: Access your Gym Insight admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Home > Settings > Options: Under the "Location Options" tab.
  3. Enable Auto-Assign: Look for the "Auto-Assign Digital Keytags" option and check the box to enable.
  4. Save Changes: Don't forget to save your changes to ensure that the new setting takes effect.
