Booking Classes at Different Locations with Members App

Welcome to our Members App, where booking classes at different locations is a breeze! In just a few simple steps, members can sign up for classes associated with any location's Member's Calendar. This article will guide you through the process, ensuring a seamless experience for your valued members.

Step 1: Guest Registration for Quick Sign-Up

1. Ensure Guest Registration is enabled in the Members App settings, located in Home > Applications > Members App.

Step 2: One-Time Registration and Password Creation (Skip if member is already registered with a main location)

If the member is already registered to Members App with their main location, this step is not necessary as Members App registration and password creation are only required once.

1. Navigate to the Members App.
2. Click on the "Register" button to initiate the registration process.
3. Fill in the required information, including the email address associated with your membership and create a secure password.
4. Complete the registration and Confirm your Account.

Congratulations! You are now registered and can proceed to book classes at any location.

Step 3: Automatic Sign-Up for Classes at Another Location

If the member has already registered with the Members App, signing up for a class at another location is amazingly simple.

1. View the other location’s class calendar in your smart device’s web browser.
2. Click on the desired class, select "Reserve" and voila! You are now booked into the class.

In the background, a guest account will be created for you automatically, streamlining the entire process.

That's it! Members can now swiftly book into classes at other locations, than their registered location, without any hassle.
