Redesigned Membership Agreement

We're hard at work updating Gym Insight's Membership Agreement feature, and, while we have many more updates planned for the near future, many major improvements are already available!

Rewrite Account

With the introduction of the Account Rewrite feature, you can now use the Edit Account screen to create/sign agreements.

• Simply use the Save and Create Agreement button at the bottom of the Edit Account screen to generate a signed or unsigned agreement.

  

  
  

• For the most detailed membership agreement, you should Rewrite Account by pressing on Select a New Membership.

  

Here's a summary of changes are now available with membership agreements:

• Membership agreements have been redesigned from the ground up. These changes will allow us to more easily add customizations and new features in the future.
• Agreements now display any recurring scheduled payments that may exist on the account, for a more accurate membership cost breakdown.
• Streamlined layout with most unused fields removed .

What else is planned?

Soon, we'll be providing additional ways to customize the agreement for your location, including the wording and inclusion/exclusion of various parts of the agreement.
