Add Credit
Any time you need to provide a member with a credit, or decrease the amount that they owe, be sure to use this feature.
Scroll down to the Account Statement on the member's account screen.
Click Add Credit.
Next you will enter the amount to credit the account.
When you set an exact account balance, if your request increases the balance amount on the account, Gym Insight will alert you with an error message to use the Add Sale button to complete this task.
Verify that the account balance now reflects the amount you wanted.
