Adding a Member to an Account

You have an existing member that needs to add an additional person to their account. 

Not a problem! Adding a member to an account is easy to do!

First, Make sure you are in the member’s Account View screen. 

Click on the green “Add member” button in the Active Members section. 

Fill in all the necessary information. Don’t forget to include the key number! 

You can also upload an image of the member at this time. 

When you are satisfied with the information, click the green “Add Member” button.

After you add the member, you may have to change the monthly payment amount.

For example, your gym charges $25 to add an additional to member. You will need to go in and change the monthly payment amount to reflect that. 

Click “Back To Account” so that you are back on the member’s Account View screen. 

Now, you can click “edit”.

Change the payment amount.

Click the blue “Update” button at the bottom of the screen.

You can now see the updated monthly payment on the Account View screen.
