Changing Your Username or Password

You can change your username or password easily!

To change your password, scroll down to find those instructions.

To change your username, click on the user menu in the lower right corner of your screen.

Select “your settings”.

Your User Details will pop-up. 

You will now see a light blue box directing you to click the dark blue button to Change Name/Email

A Window titled "Change Login Info" will pop up as a clarification on what you are about to do.

Click, Yes, I Understand to proceed.

The below page will load allowing users full control to update their names email addresses, or passwords. Update information as needed and click the Change User Info to complete changes.

Disclaimer-If you have accessed this page by mistake, either click Go Back and/or you are not the user being displayed click the Not "NAME ON ACCOUNT"? Click here to log out, and log in as the correct user.

Upon Success of update after clicking Change User Info the below page will be present.  Click Go back to be taken back to Your Settings.

To change your password, log out of your Gym Insight Account.

Click on the user menu in the bottom left and select "log out".

Enter your username and click continue.

Click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts.

Then follow the steps to your email address for the reset password.
