Updating pricing for existing members doesn’t have to be a one-by-one process. The Membership Payment Amounts and Membership Auto-Renew Amounts reports are designed specifically to help you make bulk price updates fast and safely.

These reports group members by what they’re currently paying, making it easy to adjust dues or auto-renew rates across many accounts at once.

When to Use These Reports

These tools are ideal when you need to:

• Increase or decrease dues for a specific membership price
• Update auto-renew amounts for renewing members
• Apply pricing changes across a large group without editing each account manually

Step-by-Step: Bulk Updating Member Pricing

1. Pull the Correct Report

Navigate to one of the following reports:

• Membership Payment Amounts – for current recurring dues
• Membership Auto-Renew Amounts – for renewal pricing

Each report automatically groups members by amount, so you can clearly see how many accounts are tied to each price.

2. Select the Amount You Want to Change

Click on the specific dollar amount you’d like to update.

This will open a list of all members currently paying that exact amount.

This step ensures only the correct accounts are included in the update.

3. Use the Bulk Action Tool

At the bottom of the report:

• Click the bulk action icon
• Enter the new payment or auto-renew amount
• Confirm the change

Moments later, you will receive an alert, as well as a bell notification, once the system has completed adjusting the new amount to all associated accounts.
