Auto Renewal of Term Accounts

Gym Insight makes it easy to automatically convert your term and prepaid accounts into open ended (paying weekly, monthly, or annually) accounts at the end of their term! 

Video Tutorial:

First, go to the account that you would like to automatically convert into an open ended account and click the "EDIT" button.

This will take you to the Edit Account page. You will look at the Account Type section to the left of the page. This is where you will check the box labeled "Auto Renew."

A "Renew Amount" box will appear. Enter the amount that you would like to be charged at the end of the term, as well as the amount you will charge each month/year/etc.

And that’s it! Just click the green "SAVE" button at the bottom of the screen to save!
