Paying Multiple Invoices With One Transaction

When an account has multiple past due invoices, you can pay each invoice individually or follow these steps to take one payment to cover the entire past due balance.


  1. Choose Add Credit next to the Add Sale button. Then select Add Funds to Account and complete the sale.

  1. You will now see the credit applied. Click the register button next to the invoice you would like to pay.

  1. A screen will show that you have a credit and ask if you would like to use it. Click Pay Invoice.


  1. Continue the process until all the invoices that you would like to pay are complete and are marked PAID.
