Invoice Transaction History
Each time you make a sale on an account, an invoice is created. This invoice will include everything that was charged at that time.
You can see how many items were in each transaction. For a detailed view, click on the eyeball icon on the left side of the sale.
This will open a detailed view window, where you can choose from many other options. You can simply view it and close it. Or you can print or email an invoice, or you can perform a refund or void.
*If you attempt a refund on the same day as the transaction, it is considered a void. Any time after a 24 hour period from the transaction, it will be considered a refund.
If you choose VOID/REFUND, another window will open and allow you to refund just one part or all of those transactions. You can also add as a credit to the account if you wish.
*Remember that there are little blue question mark bubbles to help you if you have questions. Hover over the bubble and it will give you a quick detail on what that means.
When an account has more than one scheduled payment on the same date, you will see be able to see each fee itemized on the invoice.
As for any transaction made, there is also an invoice for adjustments.
