Adding a Yearly Maintenance Fee
You may need to schedule a payment if your gym has a yearly enhancement fee or a yearly maintenance fee.
This could also be used for monthly child care fees or monthly personal training fees. It is for any fees that you want to charge in addition to what the member pays monthly.
NOTE: This is NOT to be used for your regular monthly or weekly payments. This is for one time or recurring fees additional fees beyond membership dues.
First, go to the member’s account.
Click the green Add dropdown menu below the member's photo and select Scheduled Payment.
Choose what the payment is for from the dropdown menu.
Enter the amount, frequency, and a description of the fee.
When everything looks correct, click Save.
