Adding a Yearly Maintenance Fee

You may need to schedule a payment if your gym has a yearly enhancement fee or a yearly maintenance fee. 

This could also be used for monthly child care fees or monthly personal training fees. It is for any fees that you want to charge in addition to what the member pays monthly. 

NOTE: This is NOT to be used for your regular monthly or weekly payments. This is for one time or recurring fees.

First, go to the member’s account.

Click on the green “ADD SCHEDULED PAYMENT BUTTON" button. Or, select the "Scheduled Payment" option from the green "ADD" dropdown menu below the member's photo.

Choose what the payment is for from the dropdown menu. Enter the amount, frequency, and a description of the fee. 

NOTE: This is NOT to be used for your regular monthly or weekly payments. This is for one time or recurring fees.

When everything looks correct, click "SAVE."

Go back to the member's account screen and you can see the charge has been added to the scheduled payments section.
