Sending an Automatic Message to a Single Member


Every member of the account who has downloaded the Gym Insight Members App, registered, and confirmed their email will now be able to receive automatic messages.


We want to make messaging simpler! So, starting today, you can send a message to an account or individual member, and the system will determine the best way to deliver that message. We call this the Automatic delivery method and should be the main way that you send messages to members going forward.


IMPORTANT: To be able to send direct messages as push alerts, encourage your members to enable notifications on their device's Members App settings for immediate delivery!

iPhone ex.1: Settings > Notifications > (scroll down to) Members App
iPhone ex.2: Proper notification settings.

To send a message, use the Actions dropdown from the account/member's screen

Automatic messages will be delivered as a push alert directly to the member's phone (if they have Notifications properly enabled as for Members App) and will always land in their Inbox on Members App prompting them to view once it is next open.
