Member Login

A member can download the Gym Insight Member's App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

They will be able to log in after they sign up for a new membership at your facility, when you manually send them an invite from their account, or when they use a provided Access Code.

A member will find the Gym Insight Member's App by using the link in the invite email or searching the app store on their mobile device. Alternatively, these links can be provided as well:

When a member signs up for a new membership, they will receive an email invite to the Member's App. They will follow the provided link to download the app from the App Store / Play Store. This also applies to when you manually send them the invite from their account.

After installing the app, the member will choose to Register. If they already had a previous account, such as when re-installing the application, they may choose to Login instead.

The member will enter their information to create their login for the Member's App.

Once they confirm their registration by clicking a link in the email they receive, the member will be taken to the Member's App, and registration will be completed.

They can now make and edit class reservations, edit their account information, and access their Digital Keytag (if your facility uses them)!

This is what the Member's App will look like for a member with a Digital Keytag and without a Digital Keytag.

Should a member have issues self-registering for the member's app, you can provide them an access code to help them find their account. You can find the code to provide to them by going to their account in Gym Insight, viewing the member, and using the Member Logins tab on the member view.

The member will choose to Enter Code instead of performing an account search.

They will enter their Access Code and click verify.
