How Can Members Update Their Information On the Member's App?

Members can now update their account information right from the Member’s App!

They can update their address, Insurance ID number, email address, phone number, credit card information, and login information!

* Note! Only Primary Members can update the payment method and address on the account. Secondary Members can only update their contact information and password.*

You need to enable, or turn on, the Member’s App so your members have access to make these changes. Click here to read how to enable the Member's App.


Members will log into the Member’s App. 

Then they will click on their avatar.

A menu will pop up and they will select Edit Profile.

Members will see this screen.


They will be able to update:

Member Information

Address Info  *Only Primary Members can update the address.

Contact Info

Payment Method  *Only Primary Members can update payment information.
