POS REPORTS
POS Reporting
With recent POS upgrades and system enhancements, additional reporting options are now available.
Point of Sale Reports
Within the Reports menu, the Point of Sale section provides access to POS-related reporting tools. This section includes the following reports:
- POS Login Events – Displays user login activity within the POS system.
- POS Sales Events – Displays detailed sales activity processed through the POS system.

POS Cash Drawer Report
The POS Cash Drawer Report displays all cash activity associated with the POS system where the cash drawer is utilized. This includes cash transactions as well as any adjustments made to the drawer within a selected time period.

The report provides a detailed breakdown of each entry, including:
- Date of the transaction
- Account name or transaction note
- User who performed the transaction
- Terminal used
- Invoice number or transaction type (e.g., add or remove)
- Transaction amount
This report is used to reconcile cash drawer activity and verify all cash movement during the reporting period.
POS Login Events Report
The POS Login Events Report provides a detailed log of user activity within a selected time period. It displays which users logged into the POS system, the terminal they used, and the corresponding login times.

This report is useful for tracking system access and can help identify responsibility in the event of a cash drawer discrepancy or audit requirement.
Available filters include:
- Date range selection
- Specific user filtering
- Terminal-specific filtering
Using the Edit pencil you can select the date range, the user, and terminal.

POS Sale Events Report
The POS Sale Events Report tracks and records all transactions within a selected time period. It provides a detailed breakdown of each sale, including the account associated with the transaction, the user who processed the sale, and the terminal used.

Each record includes:
- Account that made the transaction
- User who completed the sale
- Terminal used for the transaction
- Assigned invoice number
- Indicator of whether the cash drawer was used
- Total amount of the transaction
Use the edit pencil in the top right to select date range, user or terminal
INVENTORY STOCK LEVELS
The Inventory Stock Reorder Report displays items currently below their configured reorder level. It allows management to quickly identify low-stock products and reorder inventory as needed.

Each record includes:
- Item name
- Current stock level
- Configured reorder level
- Do Not Restock status (if applicable)
INVENTORY STOCK REORDER
The Inventory Stock Reorder Report displays items currently below their configured reorder level.

It allows management to easily identify low-stock products and reorder inventory as needed.
INVENTORY STOCK OUT
The Inventory Stock Out Report displays all inventory items that currently have zero quantity on hand. It allows users to quickly identify and verify which products are out of stock.

Each record includes:
- Item name
- Item description
- Current quantity (zero)
POS STOCK HISTORY SUMMARY
The POS Stock History Summary Report provides a summarized view of inventory activity, including sales, returns, restocks, destocks, and adjustments. The report is grouped and totaled by item for easy review.

Each data item can be selected to load a detailed report view for that specific item. This expanded view displays all activity related to the item based on the selected parameter, showing what occurred, when it occurred, and which users were involved in each action.
Each record includes:
- Sales activity
- Return activity
- Restock activity
- Destock activity
- Inventory adjustments
- User responsible for each action
- Date and time of each transaction
This report is date-driven and can be adjusted to display different time periods by selecting the edit (pencil) icon and modifying the date range.
POS STOCK HISTORY DETAIL
The POS Stock History Detail Report displays a detailed view of inventory history, showing all changes in stock over time.

This report is sequential history view, beginning at the start of the selected date range and progressing chronologically to the end date. It can be customized to display specific date ranges, as well as filtered to show only certain types of actions such as sales, returns, restocks, destocks, or inventory adjustments. Each line in the report includes:
- Date of the transaction
- Item
- Reason or invoice number
- Action performed
- User who completed the action
- Positive or negative inventory change
- Updated inventory total after the action

To filter by action type, select the pencil icon, choose the action types you want included in the report, and click Done.
