Step 2: Creating a Membership

You need to create the memberships that you will be offering to members on Sales Guru and for Web Signups. 
Let's take a look at how to create memberships.
After you create your memberships, you can move on to Step 3: Choose and Edit Your Theme.

From  your dashboard, click on your HOME menu. Click on “Memberships” in the drop down menu.


Now you are on the “Memberships Offered By Your Location” screen.

Click the Blue Plus Circle on the bottom right corner to start a new membership.

Memberships created here are the memberships that will be offered on your gym insight account creation, your website sign ups and your Sales Guru.


  • Fill in Amount to charge for membership and frequency of billing.
  • You can choose the Payment Date Options to setup your billing dues dates:
    • choose Relative to sign-up or a Specific day of the month.
  • End Date Options: Select how long the membership lasts and if it will Auto Renew.


🟡 Once you have completed this DETAILS page, continue through each tab on the top blue bar to complete all items.

  • SCHEDULE - for recurring payments on account. (See additional how to on these details)
  • FEES: add enrollment or processing fees here.
  • OPTIONS: Determines where this membership will be displayed. Do you want it only shown on your website? Maybe you want this membership to show only on your Sales Guru. You can simply select each box to have it shown on any of the available options!
  • DESCRIPTIONS: Tell your members about the membership you are offering and why they should choose it. Be sure to add the descriptions in both the Sales Guru tab and the Web Sign Up tab.


Remember: a Guest membership requires no payment: this is a guest membership, maybe a trial visit. No need for membership length or payment frequency.

*Be sure to use this in house only to avoid members getting free memberships.

Once you have finished customizing each tab and entering your descriptions, you may click SAVE!


Now, your membership is listed on the “Memberships" page. 


Copy and paste an individual membership link on your website or in an email for members to be able to sign up for that membership!


To share an individual membership signup link, navigate to the three dots on the upper-left > select Get Link from the drop down.

For the entire link for all memberships you offer, go to HOME > Applications > Website Signups. Click on the link icon!
