Troubleshoot Login Problems
If you are having trouble logging in there are few things you can do to troubleshoot the problem.
First, make sure you have the latest software downloaded. Check for updates that may be needed for your device.
If the app is installed on your phone, follow these steps:
- Uninstall the app from your device.
- Using the internet browser on your device, go to app.gyminsight.com
- Reinstall the app.
Still having a problem? Try using your internet browser on your device to go to app.gyminsight.com/reset
If that did not work, you will need to try clearing your cache. Follow the steps below to clear your cache on your device.
Clear Your Cache
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and tap on Safari
3. Scroll down and tap “Clear History and Website Data”
4. Tap again to confirm.
