What Is That Sound?

Gym Insight has different alert sounds to help you identify any members that may need your attention. 

Let’s take a look the different sounds and what they mean. You can click on the sounds to hear them for yourself. 

Bell - bell.wav This first sound you are probably familiar with. This sound is for members with a green account. 

Ding-Dong - dingdong.wav This sound is for members with a yellow account.

Buzzer Alert - alert.wav This sound is a denial alert for members with a red account, collections account, pinned account note, or canceled account.

Notification - notification.wav  This sound is for notifications such as tasks or incoming messages from your members.

Important: the sound must not be muted in Gym Insight, and sounds must not be blocked by the browser.

**The information in this article refers to the Gym Insight browser-based application and not the installed Insight Access door management application.
