What Is That Sound?

Gym Insight has different alert sounds to help you identify any members that may need your attention. 

Let’s take a look the different sounds and what they mean. You can click on the sounds to hear them for yourself. 

Bell- bell.wav This first sound you are probably familiar with. This sound is for members with a green account. 

Ding-Dong- dingdong.wav This sound is for members with a yellow account.

Buzzer Alert- alert.wav This sound is for alarms and for members with a red account, collections account, or a cancelled account.

Notification- notification.wav  This sound is for notifications such as tasks or SMS text messages.
