Replacing an Access Key
One of your members has lost their key and needs a new one!
This article will explain how to enter a replacement key.
Go to Member’s Account screen.
Click view next to the member that needs the new key.
Delete their old access key by clicking the red trash can icon.
You can enter a reason in the pop-up if you’d like.
Then Click on the Add Button under their photo and click on Access Key from the drop down menu.
Or, if you are adding an access key and not deleting the old one, you can
Click the green “New Access Key” button to add the new key.
Enter the new key number.
Click save.
You can see the new key has been added.
