Resetting a Member's Password

Resetting a member's password is easy to do!

Note: this article is for members who have already created an account through the Member's App. For newer members who haven't yet, see this article: How Do Members Receive a Member's App Invite?

To reset a member’s password, you need to go to their account. Search for the member using the Advanced Search. If you need help using the Advanced Search, click here.

Click on the member you need to access and click on the blue VIEW MEMBER button.

Once you are in the member’s account, click on MEMBER LOGINS.

Now you can click on the orange RESET PASSWORD button. 

You will see a Password Reset pop-up with the new password. The member will also receive an email notifying them of the reset.
