How To Lock Out a Member

You can lock a member out of the Member's App. 

You need to make sure you are viewing the member screen. Click here to read how you can be sure you are looking at the member screen.

When you are on the member screen, click the Member Logins tab.

Switch the toggle on to lock out the member.

The toggle will show red when the member is locked out of the Member's App.
