How To Reset a Member's Password

Members can change their password in the Member's App. Click here to read how. 

This article will walk you through how to reset a password for a member that needs help. 

You need to make sure you are viewing the member screen. Click here to read how you can be sure you are looking at the member screen.

When you are on the member screen, click the Member Logins tab.

Click on Reset Password.

You will see this message pop up. Give the new password to your member and they can login to the Member's App.
