How To Unlink a Member's Login

Unlinking the Member's App Login will disassociate the member from their login. This does not delete their login. 

One reason you may have to do this is when a guest account was created by mistake for an existing member. You can easily unlink the member's login from an account. 

You need to make sure you are viewing the member screen. Click here to read how you can be sure you are looking at the member screen.

When you are on the member screen, click the Member Logins tab.

Click Unlink Login.

This message will pop up. Click Unlink when you are ready.
