Remote Door Access
Unlocking your door from your phone or your home computer is easy!!
This feature allows you to let a member in if they are struggling to get in, forgot a key tag, or if you lock your self out of your own gym!
Simply log in to Gym Insight on whatever device you have available.
Click on the Remote on the left side of your dashboard.
Your door(s) will appear on the next screen. Be aware that you can only access this feature with your login on one screen at a time. So be sure to navigate away from this screen any time you are not using it.
If for any reason it says not connected at the top right, be sure you have power, Insight Access is running, and you have internet service.
When using Force Unlock, you will need to manually lock it again when ready.
