Check In Activity Panel

There is more information in the door activity panel than you may know. Here are some helpful tips on understanding the door activity check-in history in your browser.

On each member check-in image, you will see a quick view of some very basic information. Admitted, Denied, which point of entry was used (i.e. Member Door, Software Check-in, Front Desk Scanner).

If you see a member with a red dot you can see this article for more details:

What is the Red Dot?

How to read the lines:

  1. Member Name
    1. Or key number if this is an unknown key or a key that has not been assigned to a member
  2. Key type (credential type) and if the member was admitted or denied
    1. When a member is checked-in without using a key you'll see "Checked In" next to a person icon
  3. The location that the member checked in (Door, Software check-in, front desk scanner)
  4. Time of Entry - hover over the time with your mouse for the exact time of the scan

  • A red box around the name indicates a denied access or alert of some kind.
  • A gray box means the key tag has not been assigned yet. You can use the blue ASSIGN box to attach it to a member.
  • Click the Account name to go to the account, or click the member photo for a quick view pop up window.
  • A visitor from another gym will clearly say VISITOR and you can see a pop up window for that account as well.

You can also see if someone is trying to use an Expired Digital Key - from a screenshot or they may just need to refresh their app.

If a member is denied access and you are not sure why, you can click on their photo for a quick view or navigate to their account for even more details.

The quick view will show if the member is cancelled, has a past due balance, or if there is an alert set on the account.

We hope you enjoy this helpful Check-In panel!
