The Red Dot, Yellow Dot, and Star on Members

If you are using Insight Access, you will sometimes see a red dot or a yellow dot on a member photo in the check-in column. These dot indicators are simply a quick warning upon entry that this account needs attention. These alerts will also trigger alarm sounds, Click Here to read about the different alarm sounds.

🔴A Red dot can indicate an important alert, a cancelled membership, or a third declined payment.

🟡A Yellow dot indicates a first decline but not currently locked out of the facility.

⭐The Yellow Star indicates that this is the primary account holder.

• You can click on the member photo for a quick view pop-up. This will show quickly if this is an alert that was set or it will show basic membership information.

• An alert can be set manually in the member account by simply click on the Set Alert button next to the Edit button.
