Update Form of Payment
Was your member's credit card declined? Was their credit card lost or stolen?
You can easily update that member's payment information!
First, go to the member's account screen.
Then, click on "Payment Info" at the top.
Click the green " New Payment Method" button.
Fill out the payment information and click done.
Once you have updated a member's payment, you may have to update the past dues on that member's account.
