Setting and Updating Your Locations Logo
Your logo is one of the most important pieces of your club's branding. In Gym Insight, your logo appears on membership agreements, Sales Guru, calendars, and your Web Widget page. This guide will walk you through updating both your primary company logo and the logo used on membership agreements.
Click on the Home Menu and select Settings.
This where you can upload your company logo or replace it with a new one.
Click inside the upload field or drag and drop your logo image into the designated area.
Once the image is uploaded, the editing window will appear. Adjust the image positioning as needed and select Apply.
Click on the Home Menu and select Settings.
Click on the Documents tab on the left to manage the logo displayed on membership agreements.
Click the upload field or drag and drop your logo image into the Membership Agreement Logo area.
Use the zoom and positioning controls to ensure the logo fits correctly within the available space.
Select Apply to save the logo. The updated logo will now appear on newly generated membership agreements.
Important
Updating the Company Logo does not automatically update the Membership Agreement Logo. If you want consistent branding throughout Gym Insight, review and update both logo locations.
Best Practices
• Use a high-quality PNG image whenever possible.
• Avoid logos with excessive white space around the edges.
• Verify logo placement after uploading.
• Review a sample membership agreement after updating your logo.
• Keep a backup copy of your original logo file before making changes.
• Ensure text and graphics remain readable after resizing.
• Reopen the editor and adjust positioning if the logo appears cropped or distorted.
Need Additional Help?
If your logo appears blurry, cropped incorrectly, or does not display as expected, reopen the logo editor and adjust the image placement before selecting Apply again. Most display issues can be corrected by repositioning the image or using a higher-resolution logo file.
