Creating Appointment Types
Appointment types allow you to categorize appoints for easy sorting, organizing, and filtering. Additionally, appointment types are associated with a specified duration (e.g. 1 hour) to simplify integration with Insight's calendar and reduce the need for manual configuration.
This article will walk through the step-by-step process for creating a new appointment type in Insight.
Click on the Home Menu and select Applications.
Click on Appointment Types on the left side of the screen.
Click the green Add Appointment Type button.
Enter the name of your appointment and the length, then click ADD.
Now you can see that the new Appoint Type has been added.
