Merging Accounts

This article is for a member that already has an account and has created a duplicate guest account. You need to merge those accounts.

First, you need to find the guest account. There are 2 ways to do that. You can click “guest list” at the bottom of the advanced search screen.

Or you can go to your dashboard and click on “New Guests” in the Account Stats dashlet. 


Once you have your list of guest accounts, you can click on the member’s name that you need to merge.

When you are in the guest account, scroll down to the “Active Members” section and click “View” next to the member’s name.

Now click “merge”.

The system will show the member’s existing account. Click on that account and click the green “next” button.

You will see which account is going to be deleted in red. The account that will remain will be in green. Make sure the account to be deleted is the guest account. If the guest account is not in red, click the “swap members” button in the middle. Before you merge the accounts, double-check that the guest account is the one being deleted. 

Click the red “merge” button when you are ready.

You will see that the accounts have been merged.
