Deleting an Account
Because deleting an account is potentially very destructive to your business, we limit the ability to delete accounts to users who have the MANAGER, GENERAL MANAGER or OWNER permission at the location where the account resides.
To delete an account (you must be a MANAGER, GENERAL MANAGER or OWNER), first search for and view the account.
To learn how to search for an account, click here.
After you’ve found the account, click on the "ACTIONS" drop-down menu beneath the account's photo. Then, click the "Delete Account" option.
After you've clicked on the "Delete Account" option, you will be shown a warning pop-up informing you that deleting an account will change your reports and remove all members, notes, credentials, financial transactions, etc. associated with the account. Remember, deleting an account CANNOT BE UNDONE.
If you’d still like to proceed with deleting the account, then enter the reason that the account is being deleted in the provided text box and click on the "DELETE" button.
